Rohith went above and beyond on a really tight turnaround imposed by our vendor's agent who wanted finance through prior to withdrawing the property from auction. Rohith miraculously came through, the auction was successfully cancelled and we were able to have a quicker settlement than anticipated due to his efficient and effective manner.
